This menu allows you to search for a journal entry as well as view the transactions that occur in the journal entries.

First, choose to search by GL date or entry date and enter in the dates you want to analyze.
You can look for a journal entry by searching fot its GL Account#, Batch#, or remark.
By clicking the batch of the journal entry, you can view all the transactions that occur under that specific batch.
Clicking the “” button at the top-right causes the journal entry list to be arranged by the batch of the journal entries.
Clicking “” will make a new window with the unadjusted trial balance to pop up.
