Acct - There are two methods for searching for an account. You can either type in the number corresponding to the account, or you can type in the account description. You can then select the account from the drop-down list that appears.
Class - There are two methods for searching for a class. You can either type in the number corresponding to the class, or you can type in the class description. You can then select the class from the drop-down list that appears.
Debit - type in the amount of money you are transferring from the account into the corresponding box.
Credit - type in the amount of money you are transferring into the account into the corresponding box.
