The purpose of this function is to allow the administrator to make some preference changes to the system code such as use list price or last price as the default price for sales orders.

Now from the pulldown menu you can select which category of settings you want to change. There are many settings that the admin can change, so take some time to explore each category here. For the purpose of this tutorial we will select BankDestination.
Here, you will see a table of banks recognized by the program.
On the table, you have the options of disabling the bank/system code, editing it, and deleting it. Only delete the system code if you are sure that you have never used it before in the system. Otherwise, disable the code instead.
To add a new bank/system code, click “” at the top of the page.
