You can either type in a Release No, or click “” to have the program generate one for you.
There are several options for the status of the order.

Entered- The storage shipping out order is entered.
Hold- The storage shipping out order is on hold.
Scanned- The storage shipping out order has been scanned and is ready to be posted.
toScan- The storage shipping out order has been entered and can be scanned.

You can choose a "Ship To" location from your Ship To List, or you can manually enter in the address of a location. The "Release To" field is free text, so you can type in who you want the order to be released to.
You can choose a "Freight Bill To" location from your Freight List, or you can manually enter in the address of a location.

Prepaid- This section is free text. Feel free to type in anything that would remind you of any prepayment that you have completed.
Collect- This section is free text. Feel free to type in anything that would remind you of any methods of collection that you have completed.
Third Party- This section is free text. Feel free to type in anything that would remind you of any third party that is part of the storage shipping out order.

There are two methods you can use to search for a product. Enter any letter or number in the text box and a list will be displayed with all item descriptions starting with that letter or number i.e. type “B” and items such as “beef chuck roll” will show up. Another option is to type “%” and then type in a character. This will search for items with that character in any location of the description i.e. type “%B” and items such as “abulon imitation” as well as “beef chuck roll” will show up.
After selecting the product, a receiving#, lot#, and batch# should be automatically generated. You can then manually enter in the order quantity. After you have finished, click “”.
Once you have finished adding all the products to the storage shipping out order, click “”.
