The credit, balance, and reward will be shown for the email entered. If this is a first-time customer or if the customer does not have credit or reward points, zeroes will be shown.
First, fill in the customer's personal information, such as name, phone number, and address, as well as emergency contact information. If the customer is on the waiting list, select how he or she wishes to be notified.
For "Payment Type", if cash is selected for payment, you will need to enter a unqiue 7-digit Ref #. If credit is used, select cash from the drop-down list. If credit card is selected, fill in the required information. Note that it will not be charged yet. You need to go to Process Credit Card to process the payment. If reward is selected, the system will automatically deduct the reward points from the customer's account for this reservation. If the customer does not have enough points, the system will not allow him or her to use them, and he or she must pay with cash or a credit card.
After everything is okay, please mark "Yes, I agree" and click Next to go to the next step.
