 Click "Change" to select another coach or week. Click "<<" for the previous week or ">>" for the next week. Please note that clicking these arrows will not save your changes.
For each time slot that the coach was originally available but is now unavailable, check the boxes and enter a remark at the bottom. Click "Save" to add the blocks.
Only time slots when the coach is available should be blocked. There is no need to block a time when the coach is not even available.
Please go to Edit Coach Schedule to change the coach schedule. |
