How do I invite my friends to play with me?
At the end of the reservation process, click on the "Invite Friends" button. This will bring you to the "Invite Friends" page. One by one, enter your friends' email addresses and click "Add New". Their names will be added to the list and stored in your file so that you do not need to re-enter their email addresses the next time you want to invite them. After you finish entering the email addresses, on the table below, choose the names that you want to invite. If you do not check the box, an email will not be sent to that friend. There is also a place for you to enter additional notes to your friends. Once you have finished entering the text, click on the "Invite" button right below the table to start sending out the email. Make sure you click on the "Invite" button and not the "Finish" button. The "Finish" button will close out of this function and bring you back to the main menu.

After I sent out the first invitation, how do I come back to send out more?
Click on "Lookup Reservation" and enter your email address (your ID) and the confirmation number. Your reservation will be displayed. Just follow the same instructions for inviting a friend. Enter your new friend's email address, click on the "Add New" button, check the box next to his or her name, and click the "Invite" button. An email will be sent to that friend. For those friends that you have sent an email before, the system will not send an email to them again.

Can a member player make a non-member reservation?
Yes, if your group has both member and non-member players, you can make a non-member reservation so that non-member players do not need to pay the entrance fee. However, non-member players can only play during the reservation period. If all players in your group are members, then it is better to make a member reservation.
  Top
Can a non-member make a member reservation?
Yes, but non-member players must pay an entrance fee in order to play on a member reservation.

Online Court Reservation - Who needs it? Why?
  1. People who want to play badminton with friends (boyfriends or girlfriends?) in the privacy of their own reserved court.
  2. Small families with kids that want to play badminton without having to wait for open courts or play with strangers.
  3. People who have tight schedule and do not want to spend hours waiting for an open court to play. With a scheduled date and time, they can just come in, play one or two hours, then GO!
  4. Small organized groups that want to play only with their group members at the scheduled date and time. For example, company groups, church fellowship groups, etc.
  5. Advanced players who want to play/practice only with their partners without interruption from other people who are waiting for an open court.
  6. By putting the court reservation online, people can make reservations whenever it is convenient for them, even in the middle of the night.
  7. The online reservation system also has an "Invite Friends" feature that will email your friends to invite them to come and play with you. The email will state the reservation date, time, and place, along with personal remarks that you wish to add.
  8. We have a reward system like those in airlines and credit card companies. The more money you spend, the more reward points you can get. The reward points can be used to reserve courts directly.

Gift Coupons
You can use your reward points to issue a gift coupon to your friends so that they can use it to reserve a court. After customer login and at the "Reward" page, there is a link where you can redeem gift coupons. A 1-unit coupon requires 27 points and is for one hour and one court for a non-member. A 2-unit coupon requires 49 points and is for one hour and two courts, or two hours and one court for a non-member. This coupon may also be split into two different reservations of one court for one hour. You can either print it out and give it to your friends or email it to them. To use a gift coupon, enter the coupon number during checkout. Please note that the reservation must meet one of these specifications. Otherwise, you will not be able to use it when checking out. For example, if you want to reserve three courts for one hour each, you must make one reservation for two courts using a 2-unit coupon and a separate reservation for the third court.

What are reward points?
Every time you make a reservation, 5% of the total amount will be given to you as reward points. For example, if your total reservation is $100, then you will earn 5 reward points. When you get enough points, you can use them to pay for any future reservations. There are some rules that apply to reward points. When you make the reservation, your reward points are in the PENDING status. If you cancel the reservation, they will also be cancelled. The points will only become available after you come in on the reservation date and complete the reservation transaction. You can only use the reward points for reservations if the reservation total is equal to or less than your total rewards point. Please note that if you do not log in before the reservation process, you will not be able to use your reward points, but you will still be able to use credit.

What is the difference between Member and Non-Member?
Member Versus Non-Member Reservation: How does it work? What are the fees?
  Top
Member players can reserve courts for $15/hour.
Non-member players that are coming to play on a member reservation still have to pay a $6 guest fee at the pro shop before entering the courts. The discounted guest fee is good for the period of the reservation. If your group only has one or two member players and a lot of non-member players, then it may be a better deal to make a non-member reservation.
  Top
Non-member players can reserve courts for $30/hour.
Under a non-member reservation, there is no guest fee. You can have as many friends as you want to come and use the courts during your reserved time. However, when your reservation period ends, you can no longer use any of the courts. If your group goes over your time, you will be asked by the pro shop to either leave the courts or be billed for another hour of play.

What is the waiting list?
When all badminton courts have been reserved by other users, you can add your name to the waiting list so that when a user cancels a reservation, you will be notified so that you can make your own reservation for that court. If there are multiple people on the waiting list, everyone will be notified at the same time.
